hello, it’s me, jenna. if you follow me on instagram you may have already seen the following statement, skip ahead to the second paragraph for new info on orders!
I have been a little stressed out since I started selling masks!! in all honesty, mostly I have been crying every few orders I receive because I’m really overwhelmed!! as I told someone earlier today, I am fragile! I am taking a short break from sewing tonight to tell you that, as all of my masks are now being made to order, it may take a few days for your orders to ship!! I’m so sorry about this!!! I’m getting some help and hopefully I’ll be able to ship a few more orders each day and soon I’ll be all caught up!! crossing my fingers and toes! thank you for all of your orders!!!! the amount I have received is crazy to me!!! I love it, I’m so happy that I am able to help out by sewing!! I know at least one person was upset with me because I am charging for masks, but I am trying to keep them affordable while still charging enough to procure more materials. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND GENERAL COOLNESS.
it takes me about ten minutes to cut, iron, and sew a mask. I have over 70 unfulfilled orders right now. plenty of these orders are for one mask each but many are for four or more. right now I am estimating that it will take three to seven days from the time you order until the time your masks ship. this does not currently include shipping time, though most masks have actually been arriving to their final destinations in one to three days once shipped. if this is not an acceptable time frame for you, I understand that. I am trying to do better, while still staying sane and caring for myself. if you would like to cancel your order and be refunded please send me a little email saying so and your request will be processed that day. your refund notification should follow shortly after your order is canceled. I will be very sad to see you go, and I hope we will meet again someday in better circumstances. stay safe and healthy!
